2008Taking material inspiration from the warmth and lightness of Scandinavian architecture, this chair balances soft surface and hard surface, volume and line, and re-shapes the traditional form of a chair both functionally and sculpturally. The materials include solid cherry legs, a birch seat with cherry veneer, steel hardware, and cotton jersey upholstery.
